  The center has been developed single-handedly to inform survivors of sexual abuse on their rights and connect them with mental health professionals at no cost. The center has provided help to over 100 women by 2018, also reaching male victims, sex-workers and HIV-positive individuals. Responsibilities: - Coordinating activities of four psychologists and two volunteers. - Developing and maintaining professional partnerships with other Russian NGOs and activists. - Pitching the center at various conferences to attract associates. - Responding to survivors’ queries, professionally dealing with sensitive information and providing information on available psychological, legal and medical help to decide on individual plans of action. - Managing social media; producing articles on legal and psychological aspects of rape and translating relevant materials from English into Russian. - Working on an online helpline in collaboration with the center’s mental health professionals. Achievements: - With no start-up capital, attracted associates such as lawyers, psychologists and volunteers via online campaigning and received attention from the media. - Developed a case management system to track the caseload by using Google Suite. - Learned negotiation and conflict-solving within the team and between a client and psychologist.
