Planning/Securing stock requirements through sharing of information with Suppliers in order to maximise availability. Maintain a high level of stock availability for products contributing significantly to Company turnover and profitability. Manually allocating stock from the warehouse to stores • Ensuring correct prices are maintained in order to optimise the company’s margin. • Management of discounts/promotions and distributing details to the stores. • Checking the stock files before running next replenishment • Ad hoc sales analysis for Rolling Luggage Head Office Team & Area Managers • Supplier/store performance analysis • Produce list of each store minimums for Area Managers to review on regular basis and change these on the system. • Deal with all logistics and warehouse queries e.g. orders not on the system, changing booking slots, priority put away, perfect returns. Advise warehouse of new store openings and any special deliveries • Deal with store queries relating to stock, prices, availability, procedures • Training new starters on systems and procedures
