She is a highly qualified employee, an excellent curator and mentor, moreover she has great leadership skills, also she is great in organizing the team work. The whole range of tasks given by her was always well-constructed and easily understandable. It was always possible and easy to discuss all the issues and find the way of dealing with them. Olga’s main skill is multitasking, she pays a lot of attention to every detail of the project. She has always had a good friendly relationship with co-workers which has helped to maintain an excellent working environment.
