It has been one of the most exciting periods in my career: Olga is a very smart and talented person; she is a great team player and can successfully put together, motivate and lead a group of people. She is very good at communicating with co-workers and business partners – she is able to quickly and efficiently explain herself and prove her point, which leads to successful negotiations at all levels. She comes up with interesting, challenging ideas and always gets them done – by organizing herself and her team. She is a great teacher and I have learned so much from her during these years.
