I was responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies specifically tailored for Instagram and Facebook platforms. Customer Support CRM management - one of my key tasks involved monitoring negative customer conversations to proactively address potential crises and coordinating and supervising the activities of PR and social media agencies, ensuring smooth documentation flow.
