What I mean by that is: - On one hand, we allow your team to communicate via text message with their candidates, with 46% of the response rate within 15 minutes; - On the other hand, we use artificial intelligence to automate repetitive tasks such as screening, interview scheduling, passive candidates re-engagement, and employee referrals.
