We were going through a pivot and needed a new website. Initially, we hired Olga to update our website. Our team enjoyed working with her; the workshops were professional and effective. She did much more than just the website redesign. She helped us with content creation, always having SEO in mind, which significantly improved with the new site. Once we saw the initial prototype of our new website, we were astonished and asked her to help us redesign the mobile app experience, which wasn't an easy task because of the multimodal data flow and technical understanding a designer would need to consider. Our app's new UX is much more user-friendly, and we no longer need to give users a manual. In the end, she went out of her way and did much more than we asked. She learned about our business model and needs, and our users' problems and integrated everything into the new website design and app flow. It will be our pleasure to work with her again soon. In short, she is professional, considers everyone's time, can think about the whole problem and not only in a small niche, friendly, fun to work with, and productive. Personally, as a founder of the company, I valued Olga's ability to keep the companies goals in mind.
