I had the pleasure to work with Olena on a regular basis throughout her time at illumina. We worked together providing support to our regional field service team with day-to-day administrative processes and technical support related the illumina Salesforce / ServiceMax based customer relationship management system. Tenacious and resourceful are the key words that come to mind when I think about Elena. I had the pleasure to work with Elena in a newly established team within the Illumina service and support organization. During the past year we’ve worked together, I’ve watched her overcome to tackle new challenges, whether it was help creating and implementing new workflows across different countries within a district, improving compliance in her region, or getting involved in the Ukraine refuge initiative in Cambridge.
