Main responsibilities: 1. Understand the sector across all our markets; 2. Understand what clients we work with in this sector and the type of advice provided; 3. Identify opportunities for Kinstellar as a firm; 4. Identify which industry bodies/associations Kinstellar should participate in; 5. Assemble a team (including associate(s) to help co-ordinate client related activities; 6. Develop a short plan of action to build and develop the sector and our overall objective 7. Lead the firm’s efforts to grow the sector and to execute the action plan; 8. Lead and energise the internal team - talk to them regularly; 9. Ensure that sector knowledge and contacts are used firm-wide to develop client relationships; 10. Stay up-to-date and informed about what is happening across the sector - and inform others internally as appropriate; 11.
