I have worked with Oleksii under his direction a little bit more than 2 years at the games development company Evoplay in Strategic Business Development department. First of all, Alex is a true leader. He was able to build our department from scratch and not only control its business functions, but also to use his wide technical skills and knowledge to improve the work that each of the employees has done. Alex is an inspiring leader with strategic long-term view that is why our department always surprised the company with creative problems’ solutions and has a respect among the shareholders and TOP Management. As for my personal cooperation with Oleksii, his main quality that motivated me to work for a long period of time is honesty. He has always expressed his opinion and recommendations in regards to my weaknesses while evaluating positively my strong skills and abilities. As for me, I have always felt comfortable working with Oleksii because I was also able to tell at any time about the positive and negative sides of my work or its conditions without any fear of being judged and remaining motivated. Despite anything, me and my department colleagues have always felt his support and protection of our interests within the Evoplay’s work. I know for sure that Alex is a Director who not solves, rather avoids problems or critical moments that is why I recommend him for a similar position in any company.
