To whom ever it may concern I've had the undisputed pleasure of working with Oleksii Pashentsev for 2.5 years in BIIR. He was among the first 5 team members we based our Ukrainian team on. When we successfully found the first 5 co-workers, my task was to co-work with the team from the Danish customer’s site. Therefore we had daily Skype meetings and e-mail correspondence. Never have I heard Oleksii do anything but seeking the best solution. Because that is how he works. Striving to solve the task at hand in the best and fastest possible way. And when time got short, due to delay in responses from the customers, he was always ready to put in an extra effort. The result of the first task was, that the work the team did, was promoted to be an example of how to do it in the following project within this Danish firm. Everything was precise as specified throughout an approximately 300 pages assembly guide. Quite impressive work! The Ukrainian Office is today totaling on 80-100 co-workers. Everything is based on the work these first 5 people did. When we hired new people, these 5 were the 'go-to' guys in every sense. They showed the new people how to work, and what to think when a Dane wrote or said something unexpected. So we never had cultural hiccups because these 5 got it right. Oleksii was a major part in this success. I was lucky enough to be working with the team for a year, until a colleague of mine needed them more. But in that year I was able to visit the team in Ukraine 4-5 times and Oleksii proved to be a truly nice, carrying and considerate person.
