  Responsible for Astelt LLC Radio Access Network (900/1800/2100 GSM/EDGE/HSPA+ ) in parts of Kyiv region, including city center (about 500 sites). Responsible for coordination and input for annual investment to enhance network coverage, improving quality KPI’s and leading regional operations. Duties: •Nominal Cell planning for 3G network. •NCP, candidate validation, RF survey, coverage prediction, capacity planning •Daily KPI monitoring on Region/Cell level, worst cells follow up, consistency check •Frequency planning (BCCH / BSIC, TCH, Hopping, neighbor list optimization) •BSS parameters tuning (idle mode behavior, locating, GPRS&EDGE, RN features) •RSD creation (antennas azimuth/height/tilt, feeder and equipment type, configuration) •Preparation of Cell Design Data (CDD) for 2G •Coverage enhancement actions (cell addition, antenna type/azimuth/tilt change) •2G/3G IBS design, passive and active DAS, single and multi-operator •Repeaters BSR/FSR, Pico cells (sites) planning and initial tuning •Mobile BTS, CoW development and introduction •Site verification drive test execution and analysis (cross connect, HW problem, etc.) •Network preparation for special mass events by coverage and capacity enhancements •Supporting CSR team analysis and response, systematic solutions for customer complaints •Sales support (tender documentation preparation, RFP, TR) Show less
