      Here was a great project of building a modern healthcare platform for the US market. I was part of the Amwell product team and was responsible for providing well-defined features from the road map into the backlog and all needed management for 2 teams as a Product owner. Product owners are a crucial part of product development in Amwell and connect the product team with designers, architects, and engineers grouped in nearly 60 teams.The next features were released and launched under my supervision - Marketplace for embedding other healthcare app into platform, Appointment service with scheduling, Attachment upload and storing service and Patient search.

      I managed the development of the internal application for staffing and hiring processes. It is the biggest part of the enterprise platform and serves more than 8000 users every day. Managed the expectations of a huge amount of stakeholders and took part in managing the portfolio of the products. The product has a lot of integrations that our teams supported and improved. We developed 3-4 features every month under my supervision and direct participation. I spend a lot of time with users, digging inside their processes and investigating their pains. I like to work with UX designers, BAs, and dev teams to find the best solution for our users. I used the RICE framework for the prioritization of product backlog and also used the HEART framework for this application. We've built a tremendous analytical system founded on GA and using our tool to have product metrics and feature map for our platform up to date.
