Mystery shopping (related terms: mystery consumer, secret shopper) is a tool used externally by market research companies, or internally by companies themselves to measure the quality of service, or compliance with regulation, or to gather specific information about products and services. Main features: flexible user ability core where each user has its own permissions which can be changed dynamically by a manager; flexible questionnaires that are very similar to Google Form but more complex. Questions can be collected in blocks which can be collected in their block and so on. The answer to the question has points that are used for result calculation which are used to build reports. Customers can build various kinds of reports from the admin panel.
