Worked at EPAM Systems — software product development company (41k+ employees worldwide). In 2021 EPAM joined the S&P 500 and ranked 1,804 on the Forbes Global 2000 list. Worked with: • Liberty Global — one of the world’s largest international TV and broadband companies with operations in 6 countries; • Amwell — telemedicine giant, that connects patients with doctors over secure video and operates in all 50 US states. I was part of LibertyGlobal’s innovation design stream dedicated to exploring off-roadmap ideas. My primary role was to research new user experiences 360°, sketch solutions and build prototypes while trying to maintain design consistency and coherence across the features. This was achieved through a series of initiatives: + Defining our project lifecycle process; + Creating a Design System to reduce production overhead and improve visual consistency, so the users could engage with any content, any device, anywhere & anytime; + Leveraging Design Thinking and HCD; + Building «out-of-the-box» design concepts for Horizon 4 (10M+ devices sold, 3M+ app downloads, 3rd most downloaded video app in the Netherlands); + Facilitated design sprints, brainstorming sessions.
