I worked with Oleg for almost 3 years at LGE, he was a partleader and I reported directly to him. I can say, that Oleg was a really good partleader. During task distribution and work planning, he always took into account every team member's strengths and interests, trying to find a personal approach to everyone and organize the development process with much efficiency as it could be. We never had deadlocks, argues or conflicts in the team during our work, and in case of any difficulties, Oleg supported us and tried to find a solution that suits everyone. Oleg also has a strong technical background in C++, embedded software and browser engines, being competent in things we did and understanding it deeply while setting up the tasks and organizing processes. We also had a number of business trips to Korea and the USA together, participated in conferences, and had discussions with our Korean and American colleagues, and I can say that Oleg was able to set up clear and effective communication and acted as a reliable backup in case of any issues.
