That was my first experience in a product manager role. My team and I successfully run a few apps in the Shopify apps market. My role was to create tech docs and design the whole logic for the apps. In this position, I got a lot of experience in launching new products and growing its customers base. In the first stages of the product launch, I've made some mistakes in adding some features without good research of targetted audience, but this failure gives me priceless experience and open new opportunities for personal growth.
