  Data science project in metallurgical engineering processes. I was attracted by the amazing opportunity to participate in the project literally from its birth. I also like the mission of the project - to manage factory entirely by machine. My tasks at the moment are: - formation of functional requirements from the customer - calculation of the economic effect and decisions on the calculation methodology - analysis of the technological process in terms of data and chemistry - analysis of historical data and customer database architecture - task setting for data engineer and data scientist - reengineering of data management processes in company - negotiation with stakeholders and presentation of math model to customer - solving operational tasks for debugging models, making small changes on the user side, preparing data or migrating data from disparate Excels to the model data warehouse. At the moment, 6 models from the category of low-hanging fruits have been made. One of the models has an effect of more than a 10M$. Other 5 models in total - more than 2M$. Show less

  As a business and system analyst, I participated in the robotic process automation (RPA) project. The processes for which I was responsible were mainly finance and accounting. OCR and machine learning were involved in some processes. Tasks: - understanding the "as is" process and designing "to be" on EPC, BPMN notations. - formation of requirements from the customer - calculation of the economic effect and decision on calculation methodology - formation of technical specifications for the robot developer - change management during process reengineering (negotiations, internal regulatory documentation) - development of tables/dashboards Power BI/Query I took the initiative to have part of the process implemented by BI tools. This reduced the development time of the robot from 8 to 5 weeks. I was also responsible for the calculation of the economic effect and the calculation methodology. During the work, more than 40 robots were implemented, the total effect is 1M$ per year. In January 2022, I moved to work as business/data analyst at UMMC in a data science project Show less
