      This role gave me the amazing opportunity of serving people in several different ways, it’s not all about carrying luggage, instead I see this as us being the first contact that a customer has with the property or resort and set them up for a good start on the experience of being welcomed into our home.       This was my first Job when I arrived to the United States, which was a breakthrough experience for me, having to handle large amounts of customer under the COVID-19 set up.
