  I working with CEG International as Senior Safety Inspector in the following projects; Development of Access Roads to Integrated Workers Accommodation Community at Al khor; Road and Infrastructure in Al Kharaitiyat and Izghawa; MOI Headquarter of General Directorate of Borders Passport, Expatriates Affairs, Nationality & travel Documents Department (Ministry of Interior –MOI Project); and Road and Infrastructure in Al Ebb and Leabaib Package 04 (DN099-P04). Some of my Key responsibilities;  Carried out internal safety audit programme on plant and equipment to ensure best practice, conform to legislation and all Health and Safety Plans and procedures being implemented.  Monitored Contractor’s Key Performance Indicator’s (KPIs) and assessing KPI performance, taking action if the targets KPIs are not met.  Monitored contractor to ensure that the method statements have been compiled, risk assessments are comprehensive and up to date and the Contractor’s Health and safety (H&S) Plan is being adhered to.  Maintained the register to construction works regarding safety  Reviewed method statements from the safety perspectives  Monitoring implementation of CEG International’s HSSM system ensuring consistency with the PWA-LR&DP HSSM System  Assist the Senior Resident Engineer- monitor and review that an induction and training with respect to the HSSM Plan, standards and procedures is conducted for all CEG international’s Team members and Contractors  Monitored and reviewed the safety equipment, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), assuring availability or CEG International staff and contractor staff as per their own PPE procedures  Monitor Contractors incidence are investigated and resolved in accordance with their own HSS approved procedures and they follow the PMC incident reporting process.  Actively participating in consultative forum with the Programme Health, Safety and Security Manager and other GEC HSS Managers.
