After my internship, I had the opportunity to join Grupo Primor in the Information Systems Department, as a computer technician.My first tasks involved cleaning and enhancing the hardware platform data and internal helpdesk (Office, SAP, hardware/software problems). Our team had a goal to replace all IT assets that had legacy hardware, like computers, access points, switches, printers, servers... After some experience I got access to Wi-Fi management, Active Directory and some other servers. Did some work on user management and group policies.Also involved in some projects like, Sharepoint implementation, server migrations, digital signature design and hardware analysis. Show less

Internship with the project "Review of the IT asset management process".The main goal of the project was to review the platform since it had lost reliability due to wrong/missing data.The platform was created through the CMS "WordPress", which uses PHP and a relational database management system MySQL.I've implemented some changes to the platform, majorly to increase search speed and to correct data. I've also implemented physical labels on the assets, with two purposes, validate platform data and offer a way for the co-workers to identify the asset when calling tech support.I finished my internship with the grade 17.
