  Alongside the committee, I selected among the pool of applicants who will be interviewed. For those speakers successfully progressing from the interview-round, I become their speech editor. This involves weekly meetings, where we discuss structure, message and clarity of the talk. Towards the end of the two-months process, I help the speakers with their articulation and public speaking confidence.Interview with me about the our autumn event below.
