  Ensure Quality Customer interaction via multi-mode medium of communication to interact effectively with diverse levels of audiences. Coordinate Troubleshooting of Equipments using Cummins engines including Generators using standard troubleshooting steps. Analyse and interpret technical drawing, for fault finding and to coordinate complex electrical repair on electrical systems. Fault finding on Cummins engines using Cummins InPower and INSITE Diagnostic Softwares Manage complexities, that is being able to make sense of complex and sometime contradicting information to solve problems in a timely manner. Investigate failures and analyse causes of failures Ensure Technical Escalation procedures are followed. Ensure proper service documentation using appropriate service tool to capture data and informations used to clearly convey the situation on equipments and engine products. Examples of such documentation includes failures reports and Service Reports e.t.c. Develop talent by giving Remote support to technicians on site when carrying out troubleshooting or repair on equipments and by training personnels on internship. Supervise commissioning of equipments including Generator Sets Ensure safety on Site before carrying any job by filling CWAL HSE job Safety assessment before commencing.
