I worked with Olan as my superior in various senior roles for over 4 years at TrekkSoft. In a turbulent market, he proved himself over and over as an excellent leader, a strategic thinker and a driving force behind the change that transformed our organisation over the past years. As our CEO, Olan actively worked with customers to underpin the strategic decisions that drove our positioning and processes. Deeply committed and highly operational when needed, he questioned the status quo and worked side by side with the departments. His combination of high-level strategic insight and hands-on action are invaluable and unique. I do not know anyone who does this so well and so driven. His leadership and people skills enabled myself and multiple colleagues to grow and take their careers to the next level. Olan was a true part of the team and was well liked by all.
