Eric is an exceptional boss and an inspirational leader in the world of Digital Media! When I entered this job, Eric provided me with the guidance I needed to make sure each project was completed by training me from Digital theory through practice. At the same time, I was given the freedom and flexibility to look for creative solutions. Very glad to know him and done business together!

I've admired Eric since I first met him in Ho Chi Minh City. He's smart, works hard, knows what he can and can't control, which helps him prioritize as a manager, and loves the media business. What first struck me about Eric was that despite his executive role, he pounded the pavement on Day One, in order to get to know the key parties, people and projects that were shaping the media scene in Vietnam. I believe that together with his progressive understanding of content publishing and language skills, Eric's on-the-ground approach to running a hi-end video content channel in Vietnam enabled success throughout his organization. I enjoy a heated conversation about the media business with Eric, as much as a great chat about the arts, technology and politics. Glad to have met and done business together.
