  This was a short project specifically focusing on creating a resource for all University Managers. The goal was to have one resource providing managers with everything they might need during their role. I designed and created a SharePoint site with all the information. The aim was to create the site in a way which would be easily accessible to all staff, and would be easy to understand and update. I emphasised the design of the site to be arranged in a logical order allowing managers to find content easily and in a time efficient manner.

• Census Team Leader

  As a Census Team Leader I was responsible for a team of 15 Enumerators. This role allowed me to develop my leadership skills looking after a diverse group of individuals working in a difficult environment. I was responsible for the Hilltown in Dundee. My role involved putting together rotas for my Enumerator team, ensuring all buisness hours 8am - 8pm were occupied. Reviewing and approving expenses, approving annual leave requests and ordering materials for the team. I also met with my Enumerators and worked with them in the field, as well as delivered any materials they needed to perform their roles.

• Strategic Support Officer

  This was a role to support the Strategic Intelligence Unit at the University of Dundee. In this role I collected and submitted data to a number of University League Tables. I supported in providing training to numerous University departments on the importance of league tables. I also worked and implemented a consultation plan for the development of the new University Strategy.

• Corporate Governance Support Officer

  This was a role to support the Corporate Governance Team during the Covid-19 pandemic. This was a clerical role providing full administrative support to the University's Aduit & Risk Committee and The People and Organisational Developement Committee. My key responsibilities were: project managing both committees and their respective actions, collecting/ reviewing and publishing Committee papers as well as agreeing the agendas with the meeting Conveners, taking minutes and recording actions from each meeting. In addition I also supported in the procurement process for a new internal audit company for the University. I also implemented a new policy tracking approach using SharePoint.

  This is an elected role working for the Dundee University Students Association. These roles are unique as you become a trustee and you take on an executive role and support in the running of the organisation. I had three main responsibilities: convening and supporting the Student Council, organising and running student disciplinary panels and running the student elections. In addition I was often invited to attend University Committee meetings with the University Executive, as well as Periodic Programme Reviews. During my 2 years in this post I also facilitated the creation of a governance review committee with a remit to review and update the organisations governance documents.
