  I have participated in several on the job trainings and workshops on Collected Impact Tools and Approaches by USAID, Conflict Analysis and Gender Sensitivity, child right protection, Election Observation (result collation) and Bounce Corruption Lab by Yiaga Africa, Active Citizenship by British Council to mention but a few. I possess experience first in working as a Volunteer with Participation Initiative for Behavioral Change in Development (PIBCID), the Local Rights Partner of ActionAid Nigeria in Kogi State where I supported the implementation of the project on Preventing Violent Extremism particularly the establishment of Peace Clubs implementation and domestication of Kogi State’s Child Right Policy. At PIBCID, I also supported the implementation of ActionAid Nigeria’s Local Rights Program funding initiative, Child Sponsorship, use of monitoring and evaluation tools, data analysis and interpretation. I currently serve as the Executive Director of Lugard Youth Development and Empowerment Initiative (LYDEI), a Non-Governmental Organization based in Kogi State, Plateau State, Benue State, Nasarawa State, where I am also responsible for leading the design, fundraising, implementation of activities, monitoring of outputs, evaluation of outcomes and impact, adaptation and shared learning. I served as an enumerator with the National Democratic Institute on development of a Youth Policy brief as well as with ANEEJ on thtional Cash Transfer monitoring Project funded by UKAID. Through my Strategic role as the Executive Director of LYDEI, I led the Partnership with ActionAid Nigeria to implement A State Sustainable policy on Youth Development, where I led a Coalition of Youth organization whose successful advocacy led to the passing into Law and Governors Assent to Kogi State Youth Development Commission Law.
