Also, offer helpful criticism and make sure that it is done in accordance with quality assurance procedures. • Ensure that the knowledge gained from research and scholarly activities is used to inform and enhance both learning and teaching, as well as extend it to appropriate external activities, such as knowledge transfer activities. • Assessment of student knowledge including assisting in the supervision of undergraduate and post-graduate student projects and the development of student research skills. • Take part in the ongoing review and development of module/program delivery, incorporating cutting-edge study methods, learning environments, and pedagogical techniques to engage and inspire students, deliver effective learning outcomes, and develop the abilities and qualities of the university graduate. • Delivery and assessment of high-quality teaching and learning practice in the subject area using a variety of approaches to student learning such as large and small group teaching, quiz, etc.
