  Enter the accepted orders into the production planning system and calculate the lead times.Determine manpower (including scheduling working hours/shift) needed to cover production demand.Determine raw products needed to cover production demand.Compare the planning and realization of production and inventory data, analyze the difference and act accordingly.Ensure that inventory level are maintained at optimum levels at all time, i.e. there is no over-stocking or under-stocking.Work together with various departments for the shipment of the Knockbox products to Mitra Prodin’s customers.Actively communicate with all divisions and update the division supervisors on under- or over production on a weekly basis.Production to ensure it will be finished within the set lead time.Report to the production manager weekly, regarding the production progress and inventory status.
