I was fortunate enough to have Oksana on my team to run Demand Gen. She was never out of new ideas to try, never hesitant of signing up for hard work, and never afraid of doing the right things for the business. She is a total rockstar (everyone who works with her sees this right away) and would be a huge asset to any marketing team. She is very sincere and I was always assured that someone had my back while I was focussing on other things. She is self-motivated, needs very little guidance and consistently goes above and beyond. Oksana is a marketing powerhouse with the best attitude I've ever had the pleasure of working with. People say "where theres a will, theres a way" and Oksana personifies this adage. Oksana has an unyeilding will and she always finds a way to "make it work" no matter what. Countless times has she closed the office until the turn the lights off and when someone asks anything of her she happily turns results promptly. She is extremely intelligent and was able to pick up Marketo, Wordpress, and our marketing processes very quickly, hitting the ground running. She quickly became an expert in our field and I was really impressed with her drive and hunger for knowledge.
