I worked close with Oksana Kahuy for almost 6 years at Adacado while she was taking on most of the technical solutions, product framework and internal trainings. She grew from QA engineer to an amazing QA team lead, her organisational skills and dedication brought both the Adacado platform and Adacado team to its heights. Her knowledge of automation and expertise in test frameworks is outstanding, at the same time she is also that 'go-to' person in the company when things get stuck; with her incredible eye for detail she would always pick out the overlooked XSL typo, troubleshoot an API, S2S, DMP... connection or pinpoint the mistake in an agency's tracking daisy chain (she is globally respected far beyond Adacado for this). Being able to touch many aspects of a growing business is so valuable experience. ✹ Technical Solutions Specialist - Team DELL (2014-2016)Joined team Dell at Adacado to help with technical solutions and strategy on the implementation of the creatives, retargeting and behavioral logic of the ads. Had an opportunity to work together with the teams from multiple parties involved in the complete online advertisement campaigns for Dell. It was an exciting opportunity to understand and see all aspects and challenges of the ad industry.✹ Ad Operations And QA Specialist (2010 - 2014) As part of ad ops team, helped Adacado with and was responsible for • the implementation of client’s product data to support creation of multiple ad creatives, writing XSL templates to translate client’s XML to the format accepted by our system; • transferring Photoshop ad creatives into the system templates; • setting up retargeting logic (following Lucene query syntax) that would query ad index (ElasticSrearch);• training ad ops team members on how to use Adacado system and familiarize them with XSL;• troubleshooting issues that ad ops team may encounter with the XSL creation, logic setup or any other ad campaign related activities;• communicating with clients, ad agencies and publisher when technical support was needed with adacado ad tag or retargeting pixel implementation;• verifying that the ads are rendering properly, retargeting logic is in place and all tracking signals are firing properly.
