I worked close with Oksana Kahuy for almost 6 years at Adacado while she was taking on most of the technical solutions, product framework and internal trainings. She grew from QA engineer to an amazing QA team lead, her organisational skills and dedication brought both the Adacado platform and Adacado team to its heights. Her knowledge of automation and expertise in test frameworks is outstanding, at the same time she is also that 'go-to' person in the company when things get stuck; with her incredible eye for detail she would always pick out the overlooked XSL typo, troubleshoot an API, S2S, DMP... connection or pinpoint the mistake in an agency's tracking daisy chain (she is globally respected far beyond Adacado for this). Along with Oksana's undeniable genius and talent, she is also a true team player. Her kind and patient nature manages to foster positive discussions and brings out the best in other employees. Within the team she maintains a transparant and open atmosphere where knowledge and insights are shared; Oksana is an incredible mentor with the rare ability to seamlessly onboard everyone to a higher level of work ethics. She taught me so much and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Oksana; I came to know her as a dependable, incredibly hard working and super smart lady. She is that one person that lifts everyone's spirit with her wits, sense of humour, kindness and always positive attitude so yes, without a doubt, I highly recommend Oksana Kahuy to any team (wish it were mine!).

There's hardly anyone I like working with more than Oksana and I know many people would say the same thing. Oksana is universally admired and respected by coworkers and clients alike. It's not because she's great to work with (she absolutely is)... it's because she's so competent and professional in everything she does. Oksana joined me as the technical lead as we together created, managed and grew the global Dell Computers advertising account at Adacado. I can say without hesitation Oksana contributed more to the success of that account than anyone. Her opinion was always in high demand and she quickly earned respect from Dell and all tech partner team members at both leadership and technical levels. I remember saying recently to the senior team at Adacado, "project success goes up the more and earlier we involve Oksana." Oksana has a strong sense of what's right and what matters. She's a respected as team manager, is the go-to for challenging technical problems, is a very effective project manager, and gets what's important in products and their delivery. Back to the 'great to work with' part - she's the best! I *highly* recommend her.
