Our team created a new resources section on the Preservation Alliance website, and Will and his team were great to work with. Will was organized, kept everyone on the same page, provided clear feedback, and delivered us the information that we needed to create a great final product.

Will O’Keefe has been an immense asset to the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota (PAM). On a day to day basis Will expertly interacts with elected officials, business owners, and citizens statewide to provide preservation guidance and assistance. In addition, he closely manages membership renewals and donor commitments to maintain and grow PAM. In every interaction Will is extremely courteous and friendly and always presents himself in a professional manner. In early 2011 Will led a massive rebranding effort which clarified PAM's mission and heightened the organization's visibility. In conjunction with this rebranding Will transformed PAM’s communications program by using low-cost social media and networking tools to open new channels between PAM and the public. In addition to setting organizational standards for social media including blogging, Twitter, Facebook, and Vertical Response, Will enhanced our organizational magazine and other print media. Will is excellent at recruiting volunteers and has a keen sense for assigning tasks that will greatly benefit them and the organization. One of Will's greatest strengths is his ability to work with others. He is receptive and encouraging of ideas and suggestions but also possesses a quality of leadership that allows our group to quickly accomplish its goals.
