I can describe my job as hands on, as a team of Agricultural Extension workers meeting with local farmers and educating them on some on the newly developed hybrid plants (especially the hybrid cassava stem), which has high nutrient composition and also grows faster than the local breed being used by the farmers. It was a time to teach and also learn and I can say alot of progress was made, as we also recorded a good harvest during the period of training.
