• Managed the implementation of a two-year Microsoft grant on youth employability training and job placement. Equipped 2400 youth in 6 cities in Nigeria with requisite skills to secure and retain jobs.• Led the implementation of the UK Government funded Integrity Institute to combat corruption at grassroots in five cities. Empowered 1000 youth with actionable knowledge to mitigate corruption.• Coordinated the launch of the Leadership, Ethics &Civics (LEC) and training of 88 public school teachers in five cities in Nigeria. Improved teaching methodology through facilitation techniques and teacher's capacity for change leadership.• Supervised the LEC cascade sessions to 14,742 public school students and contributed to the learning and evaluation process in schools.• Facilitated support for 499 student-led community change projects through private and public sector leaders.• Designed internal and external programme communication tools• Coordinated youth participant's logistics for the 5th Annual Business in Africa Forum for 101 African Youth Leaders held in Ghana
