I had the pleasure of working side by side with Ojashwi for a year and I could not have been more pleased with her unparraelled work ethic. It was great working on academic projects with Ojashwi at St. Thomas. In school sometimes there are hackers and sometimes there are slackers. Hackers do the work of 4 people, slackers mooch off the work of others and don't contribute. I am pleased to say that Ojashwi belongs in the "hackers" category, in that she contributed more than the fair share to the group\team efforts, and she performed a great "project manager" role within the academic exercises and projects, helping to coordinate our teamwork to get the assignments and deliverables done, making sure all the members were on the right track and contributing their fare share. I would definitely recommend Ojashwi for leadership positions within software engineering.
