The Event Scorecard is a resource for current and prospective clients to determine the success of their association’s annual events based on the filters of 360 Live Media’s 6 Rs Framework. After writing the website copy and designing mock-ups, I worked with our external developer on the user experience, design and testing of the scorecard. The Event Scorecard has potential to be the largest lead generator in company history. • Managed earned, paid and owned media for the agency. Goals included attracting more business, building brand awareness and to position 360 Live Media as a thought leader in the association community. >> Pitched a story to PCMA’s Convene Magazine for an article highlighting a new competitor for health and science-based association annual events. The cover story and multiple-page spread heavily featured 360 Live Media’s CEO’s thoughts on the topic. • Launched a weekly industry newsletter, Tune In, geared for our agency database. Led content development & direction, writing, design and marketing of newsletter. >> Agency-created content regularly featured in industry publications, newsletters and on social networks. • Identified and networked with industry influencers. >> Worked with an influencer to highlight 360 Live Media’s office for a Facebook Live tour with the agency’s CEO.
