  Founded Starkids Studios and created Emil: A Hero's Journey, a 2.5D, Cinematic Video game, inspired by my grandfathers' testimony as a child during WW2. Israeli New Fund for Cinema & Television (NFCT) recipient. ❖ Production ❖ 🔹 Recruited and led a team of programmers, animators, artists, and composers. 🔹 Raised and administrated a six-figure budget (USD). Negotiated contracts and salaries. 🔹 Created and managed a detailed cross-departmental backlog according to the game's direction. 🔹 Analyzed task-time data to assure production milestones were on track. 🔹 Planned iterations for efficient prototyping. 🔹 Created a detailed GDD to outline the story, art, and development. 🔹 Managed production via Trello, Clickup, and Excel. 🔹 Successfully secured grants from digital media, film, and video games funds. ❖ Creative Direction / Game Design ❖ 🔹 Designed puzzles and levels in Unity game engine using basic scripts and terrain tools. 🔹 Painted textures, implemented videos and created post-processing effects for volumetric lighting. 🔹 Executed wide playtesting for improvement processes. 🔹 Directed cameras and assets with animator and cinemachine for cinematic/in-game cutscenes. 🔹 Worked with Art director and Animator to define the game's visual language and character personality. 🔹 Worked with Programmer and Game designer to ensure a technically fluid, challenging, and fun gameplay experience. ❖ Marketing ❖ 🔹 Directed and edited assets such as posters, trailers, and behind-the-scenes videos. 🔹 Produced promotional content shooting days involving scripts, and interviews with team members. 🔹 Authored both the game’s narrative and promotional content on social media. 🔹 Launched a dedicated Steam page, Website and Facebook page. 🔹 Successfully accepted to local and international film & video game festivals and exhibitions. 🔹 Created a publisher deck for potential investors.
