One of the first things that endeared me to Mr Innosuccess Ogwuche is gentleness, he was a perfect gentle man, he always seemed calm no matter the situation and treated everyone kindly, I have seen him be a leader and also work behind leaders and I do not remember him ever being unkind to anyone. Innosuccess has a burning passion for learning, this has made him a cutting edge individual, a trail blazer to his peers, and a fine student (if memory serves me correctly, his undergraduate project was the best from his graduating class), but may I suggest that he just loves learning because he is always striving to be a better individual. If what you are looking for is a successful team, have him. If your goal is to get leader, have him. If you are just looking to hire an Engineer then please have him. What ever your doubts might be about him may I suggest that you have him anyway, why? He would be an amazing addition to what ever you need him for because I believe one selfless question he keeps asking is "how can I make it better?" Thank you.

These included the identification of sensors, costing of electronic components, and mapping out how they integrate and communicate with each other. • Developed, troubleshot and supervised the general system design and modifications for our modular biogas plant. • Supervised the fabrication of a mini and large scale continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) with a budget reduction of over 300% compared to the cost of importing one. The team achieved this by making use of locally sourced materials and adapting frugal innovation. • Conducted extensive research on the microbiology, chemical kinetics, and thermodynamics of Anaerobic Digestion.       I worked with the Eurobot Team for the 2019 competition, "ATOM FACTORY". Taking inspiration from the work of the Chemist Dmitri Mendeleev, we were tasked with classifying and selecting atoms, weighing them, creating a new element, and predicting the existence of unknown elements. Responsibilities - One of the components of the playing area is the particle accelerator which is used to impart an enormous source of energy to atoms, which has the effect of accelerating them to a speed very close to the speed of light. At this speed, a collision between several atoms can potentially create a new element. I worked on designing and partly implementing the linear ramp for this subsystem. - I participated in design thinking sessions to generate innovative solutions to the entire system designs. -I also built battery chargers used for recharging our lithium-ion batteries.
