Working Profile: - Management of all operational activities in Flexible Packaging and Hygiene Plants in a total 200.000 square meters closed area. - Responsible for the establishment of the Flexible Packaging plant, doing studies for the facility planning in a total 66.000 square meters closed area. - Determination and solving problems regarding the construction, machinery and utility supply. - Managing the installation, commissioning and start-up of Blown and Cast Extrusion, Rotogravure and Flexo Printing, Pre-press, Lamination, Slitting and Cutting Machines. - Designing the production processes in terms of machinery, workforce, quality and safety. - Responsible for all operational activities and departments of the factory such as Production, R&D, Quality, Planning, Maintenance and Safety.
