Ogi Grujic is an amazing artist and animator. His work was always exceptional and beyond the expectations of the team. As a concept artist, Ogi's concepts were extraordinary, often ending up as desktop wallpapers on team members computers. Ogi had a knack for capturing scenes and characters in the most awesome way. Ogi's art was instrumental in helping to define and shape the style and feel of the game. As an animator, Ogi was eager to please and would often deliver animations ahead of schedule and at the highest quality. He was great to work with when iterating on animations, often having revised animations back to the design team within an incredibly short time frame. Ogi is also a great collaborator, working with designers to develop the vision and feel of the animations, often bringing to the table great ideas the design team hadn't even thought of. Ogi would be an amazing asset to any art or animation team. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Ogi is what I would describe as an animation and art ninja. He creates at the speed of light and the results are amazing. In the concept phases of production, his body of work doubled that of everyone else in the entire studio! His animations are fluid, impactful and nuanced. Drawing, painting and animating all come natural to him and the directness in which he does both shows his confidence, focus, precision and clarity of vision. It’s as if he is merely tracing what his mind’s eye projects and as fast as he is, he’s always developing his style and technique to create art faster and better. Art aside, Ogi is a funny, cheerful guy and great to work with. As skilled as he is, he does not have a big ego about his work or his abilities. He listens to critiques and suggestions from his peers and almost effortlessly applies them to make his work better. Working with him over the years has pushed me to become a better artist and animator.
