Engineering Intern

Engineering and Engineering Management Experience- SAP for Engineering Management; I prepare work orders for fresh job to be carried out in the brewery and update the completed job on SAP.- Packaging Line Automation Engineering Trainee; I carry out daily routine check on the empty bottle inspection machine and maintenance.- Brewery Spare part store keeping; the end of the year 100% stock counting of Ota Brewery was a remarkable experience for me as I was exposed to various spare parts used in a process industry. - Brewery Water and Energy report- - Brewery water treatment Plant (WTP) practical training.- Tungsten Ignition gas (TIG); Argon gas welding and fabrications jobs and project supervision.- Rotating Equipment Engineer (Industrial Pumps); I worked hand in hand with utilities engineers. Brewery Administrative trainee (Finance and Planning Department)The scrap sales and spent grains movement was handled by me, I get in touch with the vendors and prepare the scrap sales evacuation letter using MS word with amount details. My job is to update the new payment and also balancing the lifted spent grains evacuated from brewing department by each vendors. At the end of the week I prepare a report for spent grain customers and send it to the way bridge room for continuous operation. - Key control framework (KCF); this is to track all the raw materials and finished products entering and leaving the brewery.- I supervise drainage of the finished product returns from customer. With limited supervision with the planning supervisor, inventory analyst (IA), Finance Analyst and Brewery Business controller (HOD), I was able to carry out the task assigned effectively with remarkable results.
