As the head of the Quality Assurance department at Dies Industries J.Englander Ltd. I have worked along side with Mr. Oded Spectorman. In our task to optimise our company’s products, Mr. Spectorman was a valuable team-member and made his important contribution by founding and defining the company's project management system, which we use today. He designed special custom-made gauges specifically tailored for our precision measurements demands. He demonstrated the ability to find solutions to complex problems and provide an appropriate engineering solution on a daily basis. His ability to integrate creativity with our technical tasks contributed conceivably for my department’s capacity. In his daily work, Mr. Spectorman worked hand in hand in cooperation with the other heads of departments and of course with the technical staff. I wish Mr. Spectorman good luck

Oded arrived at Englander less than a year ago. In this short period he managed to study the whole-new subject of progressive die stamping and to make his own design of a new set of dies. He thus proved quick learning ability, methodical and thorough professional approach. I therefore fully recommend Oded for this Mechanical Engineering position.
