  Lead of a migration project from DataStage IBM v8.1 to SSIS 2012. The project includes many processes in modules like HR, logistics and finance. Understanding the DataStage processes: data sources, jobs, transformations, validations, filtering, keys, hashs, constraints, triggers et cetera.
