Odyssey was looking to expand into digital products and expand their American presence when they brought me on. I ended up as the project lead on their book "Hiroshima, Nagasaki: An Illustrated History, Anthology, and Guide" (published Jul. 30, 2015). The publisher had a few American titles in print, including a collaboration with the Fire Museum of New York. I contributed to the second edition of the book and worked closely with the museum on making sure the remainder of the copies sold. I also represented Odyssey at trade shows, helping the American offices of their clients (The Philippines Department of Tourism and the Malaysia Ministry of Tourism), making sure they were well stocked and satisfied with Odyssey's products. Media startup that covered the startup community. At the time I was there it was just beginning (we decided a name a few weeks after I got there). Everyone there was a solid journalist that gave much needed feedback and gave me a much firm ground in the fundamentals of the craft than the more hands-off internships I'd had before.
