Oce is the epitome of a terrific customer service manager. As long as she has worked with our company; she could have easily slipped into the apathetic customer service "robot" that happens all to commonly with employees. However, she could not be farther from this: Oce handles every customer like it was her first and addresses their issues with empathy, concern and enthusiasm. The second note to make is that not only is she handed a majority of the customer service tasks, she also is given a large amount of other work that needs to be done. Oce's multitasking skills/abilities are second to none and she handles every request promptly and does not let the added stress effect her one on one work with the customers. Professional, extremely loyal, dedicated, intelligent, responsible, cheerful....long story short is that every company needs at least one Oce on their team! (more if you can find them!)
