  In this period I was working as a Security screener at Titan Security, located in One&Only hotel in Portonovi, Kumbor, Herceg Novi. My job was to CCTV Surveillance hotel guests and stuff members, so everything is safe and secured. This job helped me to develop my native and other languages, to bring my communication skills to perfection, and also answer every demand connected with safety and security needs.   I had the opportunity to work as a Receptionist in hotel "Fanfani" in Đenovići, Montenegro. Unlike my previous job, my duties were different except the one, that guest need to be satisfied and fortunate with provided service. My duties were to warm welcome every guest that paid us a visit, help with their luggage, escort them to their room or apartment, and of course to answer on their demands during their stay at our hotel. I have learned how to properly communicate with guests, both in person and over a telephone, make/cancel reservations, work with the reservation system.
