Leak repair work preparation and execution by sectional replacement of the 16” Nun River – Kolocreek Trunk-line at Aguobiri. Leak repair work preparation and execution by clamping of the 36” Rumuekpe - Nkpoku Trunk-line where piling sheets were used to form bond wall and cofferdam fabricated because of swampy nature of the Right of Way (ROW). Lead Joint Investigation Visit team (JIV) after each leak is reported in fountain before repair and maintenance with the regulatory bodies. Carryout reviews of HSE Plan, JHA’s, Project Execution Plan, Security Plan of various work packs for different contractors addressing various leaks before issuance of Permit To Work and it’s complementary certificates. Carryout Hydrocarbon gas test, bump test and advise workforce on the occupational health hazards. HSE Support for the replacement/maintenance of online pipeline passing valves. Carryout visual inspections on all the valves in the manifolds and flow-stations.
