Obinna is someone that really knows his job and does it well. When the Ministry of Women Affairs Adamawa (on a UN Women led Women peace and security programme 2018), needed a professional to develop a Communication Strategy in relation to Ending Violence Against Women and Girls, his expertise came in handy and he did an excellent job. Obinna's humility and vast knowledge about development issues endears him to all, and during the short time that I've known Obinna, I've come to respect his professionalism, and ability to work with all peoples it reflective of age, gender, cultural affinity and religion.
