  PPI specialises in the manufacturing and sales of 5 Gallon bottles and caps. My role as IT Analyst reporting to the General Manager involved: • Creation of a CRM system for customer relationship management and capturing all customer interactions as well as monitoring new leads. • The CRM Project involved - documenting the user requirements, evaluating software, documenting and agreeing automation workflows required by users. • Constructed a weekly production planning and monitoring tool with the ability to track adherence to weekly production schedules as well as identify orders not completed, with automated workflow alerts. • Made a payment tracking tool that helped track all planned cash and bank payments with deadlines. Automated workflows were created to check for late payments and alerts for Post Dated Cheques (PDC), cheque deposits and collections. • Created a Sales Database, capturing all history of transactions by customer. Pivot tables were used for advanced drill downs for information. • Responsible for PPI domain hosting. Built the website for both PC and Mobile use. • Admin responsibilities for email subscription and creation for new users. Show less
