  Brief summary of job profile: Assist Visual Merchandise Manager in preparation and implementation of marketing plan of the company. Key Task: • Work in conjunction with the construction team on fixture layouts and installation, merchandise adjacencies, allocation of space, and monitoring floor for enhanced store standards. • Manage visual merchandising program for each brand and ensure that visual merchandising standards are upheld as well as brand identity. • Coordinate all aspects of the seasonal campaign including in-store materials as well as window specific materials. • To do design work for following items: - Seasonal image for all brands - POP/POSM for all brands - Other design work as required • To work with printing suppliers: - Acquire quotation from suppliers - Send AW to suppliers - Print materials for all brands - Print materials for store usage • To take care Window/in store display - Contact suppliers - Get sample materials for approval - Displaying all merchandise, window, mannaquins' outfits. - Update/changes follow as all merchandising guidelines and implement the display of goods and windows according to the new trends in fashion and always ensure aesthetic. - Training staff about merchandising set up, ranking list, the display of goods according to the guideline (full ref, full size, full color, accessories, etc..). - Check inventory level of stores items on display in store. • To prepare reports - Window/ in store report - Seasonal AW report Show less
